By creating an account or using DancarEsell, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

DancarEsell is a tracking tool for clothing resellers. It helps you record sales, manage inventory, understand your profit, and obtain AI photo valuation estimates. It is not financial advice, and you remain responsible for your own business decisions, taxes and reporting.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We offer two paid plans, billed through Stripe:

• Basic — £4.99 / month.
• Pro — £9.99 / month (includes AI photo valuation).

Both plans include a 3-day free trial, which requires a valid payment method up front. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin and renews automatically each month at the price above until cancelled. Prices include any applicable taxes where required.

You can cancel at any time from Settings > Manage subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling during the free trial means you will not be charged at all.

As DancarEsell provides digital services, UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) normally gives you a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription for a refund.

However, by starting your subscription and accessing the Service (including during the free trial), you expressly request immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the service has begun and been fully provided. Beyond this, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us through our contact page and we will look into it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When using DancarEsell you agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or extract data from the Service by automated means.
• Abuse, disrupt, overload or attempt to break the Service.
• Share, sell or transfer your account to anyone else.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.

The DancarEsell name, branding, software, design and content are owned by Danca Richardo Emanuel and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Service without our permission. The data you enter remains yours, and you grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

Both the AI photo valuation and the Profit Forecast features produce estimates only.

AI photo valuation results are suggested prices generated from available market data. They are not guaranteed, do not constitute financial advice, and carry no guarantee of resale value. Final pricing and listing decisions are always yours.

The Profit Forecast feature — including projected future profit, daily / weekly / monthly targets, and 7-day, 30-day and 90-day projections — is generated from your past sales data and assumptions about future activity. Forecasts, targets and projections are not guarantees of future earnings, may differ significantly from actual results, and do not constitute financial, investment, accounting or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any business or financial decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outcomes based on AI valuations, forecasts, targets or projections produced by the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google Cloud (data and authentication), Anthropic (AI valuation), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these features may also be subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or availability of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or estimate it produces is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost profits, lost sales, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
